Function xn_dhcp_release

Releases an IP address lease.

int xn_dhcp_release(DHCP_session * session);

Parameters

session

Pointer to DHCP_session that was passed to xn_dhcp.

return value

Returns 0 if successful, otherwise SOCKET_ERROR. If an error occurred, call xn_getlasterror and xn_geterror_string to return the error value. All errors returned by sendto and closesocket may also be set. Error Codes further describes each error.
