Function rtsmb_set_codepage_ANSI

rtsmb_set_codepage_ANSI calls rtsmb_set_codepage with suitable parameters for ANSI code page 1252:

void rtsmb_set_codepage_ANSI(void);

This function is shared among the SMB server and SMB client. For applications using both the SMB server and SMB client, this function changes the code page for the server and the client with a single call.
