Driver FLTPII

This FPU driver uses the XSAVE/XRSTOR, FXSAVE/FXRSTOR, or FNSAVE/FRSTOR instructions, whatever is supported by the CPU. Floating point extensions such as MMX, SSE, SSE2, and AVX are supported. The FLTPII driver is slightly faster than FLT387, but it needs about 400 to 1000 bytes more memory per thread.

Requirements: 387 compatible floating point hardware.
