Driver CLKRTH

This driver uses the timer interrupt provided by RTRth-32, and it is the only clock driver compatible with the Real-Time Hypervisor and RTVmf-32. It supports timer interrupt intervals from 1 microsecond to several minutes. The default timer interrupt interval is set to 10ms.

Requirements: RTTarget-32, RTRth-32.
