Driver MEMW32

This driver uses Win32 heaps to satisfy allocation requests. Under RTTarget-32, the Win32 heaps are protected with a critical section and are also used by RTTHeap, RTTarget-32's alternate heap manager.

Requirements: Emulation of Win32 heap functions.
