With this data protection declaration, we inform you of the purpose of the personal data we store and of the rights you have regarding your data stored at On Time.

Storage of Personal Data

Personal data (name, company name, company address, email address) may be provided on our Website pages to request Evaluation Kits of our products or to register to be able to use our technical support. The data is used to supply technical support and to inform our customers and interested persons about On Time product news. Email addresses are not used to send out newsletters or other forms of Spam. Mailing addresses may be used to send out post newsletters at most once per year. Personal data is not passed on to other companies or persons. The data is deleted automatically 15 years after the last contact of the respective company or person.

Supplying personal data is optional. If data is supplied, it is transmitted to our Web server over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Personal data is only stored at On Time according to article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Any registered person or customer may request the transmission, deletion, or correction of his data at any time by email, mail, or telephone.

Website Log Files

Log files of the usage of this Website are analysed only to reveal and prosecute hacking attacks (for example: attempts to illegally access our server's software license database). Log files are only saved and transferred to the police if they document illegal hacking activities. All other log files are deleted after at most 30 days. For all legal usage of our Website, no data from the log files is stored or associated with the identity of Website users.
