Licensing Terms for On Time RTOS-32

On Time RTOS-32 is licensed per team of one or more software developers. Each developer who creates software which is invoked by or calls On Time RTOS-32 code needs an On Time RTOS-32 license. The software purchased under a Team License may at no time be used by more team members than are specified on the License Certificate. A Team License is a single license and consists of the same components for each team member. Binary images of On Time RTOS-32 applications developed under a legitimate Team License may be distributed in any number free of run-time royalties. Source, object, library, executable, or documentation files delivered with On Time RTOS-32 may not be redistributed (modified or unmodified) unless they are classified as redistributable in the On Time RTOS-32 documentation.

Team License Discounts for On Time RTOS-32

Prices given in the price list above apply to the first member of a team. Additional team members may be added to a Team License, each for 50% of the price of all Library components included in the license.

Update Subscriptions

Owners of a current On Time RTOS-32 Update Subscription can download software updates from the On Time RTOS-32 Support Web page. A one-year Update Subscription is included with all On Time RTOS-32 licenses purchased new or as an update.

An Update Subscription Renewal extends a Subscription for a year. It is available at 20% of the On Time RTOS-32 license value (the list price of the complete new On Time RTOS-32 license at the time the Subscription Renewal is ordered). A New Update Subscription is available for 40% of the license value. It starts a new one-year Update Subscription period on the day the Subscription is ordered.

Update Orders

Updates from On Time RTOS-32 versions 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 are available for 50% of the cost of a new license. Please supply your current product license number with your update order. The license number is printed on your license certificate or on the label of the first distribution disk. A product update does not constitute a new license; it replaces the previous license.
